Trident Academy MMA

The Trident Academy of Mixed Martial Arts, founded in 1998, offers programs for adults and kids. Our adult programs include Jeet Kune Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Filipino Martial Arts, Thai Boxing and our Jeet Kune Do-Thai Boxing Crosstraining, a program designed around the most efficient and practical elements of the various programs. Our facility is located right off of I-95 in Woodbridge. Drop by today and try a FREE class in some of our programs.

The foundation of Trident Academy is Jeet Kune Do-Thai Boxing Crosstraining developed by Pat Tray.

We have mixed martial arts training for students who want to compete when they feel they are ready to test their skills in competition. We also train students to compete in Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu. For more information, visit our competition page.

Our programs are fun and a great workout. JTX is an aggressive and practical self-defense system designed to give you the ability to survive dangerous and/or potentially life threatening situations. You will see results in no time and become more confident as your skill improves.

At TAMA we focus on both the self-defense techniques and the physical attributes necessary to enable you to successfully defend yourself in a threatening situation. Our kids programs build confidence and we stress accountability in our STAR Program.
